London Borough of Croydon UKSPF Investment Plan
Writing an investment plan for the London Borough of Croydon’s UK Shared Prosperity Funding (UKSPF)
Ahead of final award of their UK Shared Prosperity Fund allocation by the Greater London Authority, Croydon were required to submit a roadmap demonstrating how they would deploy the funding and what objectives it would target.
Working with the council’s economic development team we authored an investment plan to unlock the full funding pot available to the borough. It laid out a clear vision for what the funding would achieve, the protocols in place to distribute it, and brought key stakeholders – including councillors and the local business community – into the process to share knowledge.
