Delivering Tandridge District Council’s UK Shared Prosperity Funding (UKSPF)
The UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) is the UK government’s replacement for the European Structural and Investment Programme (ESIF) it received as a member of the European Union. It provides local authorities funding for communities, places, businesses, people and skills.
Having worked with Tandridge on individual projects before, Coast to Capital was commissioned by the local authority to oversee and manage their full UKSPF programme.
Made up of over 50 individual initiatives across a range of domains, our team collaborated with council staff and external suppliers to deliver the suite of projects according to government deadlines. We helped shape briefs, manage procurement, conducted site visits and, on conclusion of our contract, handed management back over to internal staff.
