Managing delivery of an active travel link alongside a strategic road corridor for Tandridge District Council
We were commissioned by Tandridge District Council to procure and deliver a new active travel link alongside a busy stretch of A-road – the A22 Catering Bypass. The new link would make cycling and walking between urban areas of the District much easier and safer. Our work included extensive stakeholder consultation, contractor management, design input and supervision of construction and installation. We acted as a go-between to the various agencies and authorities brought together to deliver the project. Now delivered, the active travel link connects into the broader Surrey walking and cycling network, supporting sustainable transport options for residents.
