Feasibility study and business case for a new seafront cultural quarter in Bognor Regis
We were commissioned by Arun District Council to prepare a two stage business case for the redevelopment of a prime sea front car park site. Our work included site appraisal and creation of 3 dimensional block and massing studies. Using our unique development appraisal software linked to live 3 dimensional models we produced multiple development appraisals for various design and scheme options to maximise site value. A detailed business case was then produced with a comprehensive market demand analysis for each scheme component option. We then produced detailed financial models and sensitivity analysis to examine each option with recommendations to our client, in the format of a HMT five case compliant business case.
This work was preceded by an initial outline business case demonstrating the case for change. This also included a full options appraisal
