We have successfully completed a range of consultancy projects for a number of private and public sector organisations.

 

Gatwick Airport (Airport Economic Zones)

We were commissioned to complete a major piece of research by Gatwick Airport, looking at how other successful Airport Economic Zones (AEZs) across the world define, organise, and promote themselves.

 

UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF)

We worked with Brighton & Hove City Council and Horsham District Council to support with the development of UKSPF Investment Delivery plans.

 

Alexandra Theatre

We produced astrategic outline business case for Arun District Council as part of a project to regenerate the Alexandra Theatre site in Bognor Regis.

 

Local Skills Improvement Plan

We assisted Sussex Chamber of Commerce with the development of the Local Skills Improvement Plan including research, stakeholder engagement, analysis and preparation of the plan.
