Summary of Project
Redhill in Surrey is a thriving town close to Gatwick and located on the commuter belt to London. Congestion, leading to poor and unreliable journey times are being addressed with this project to ensure the town continues to grow and progress along with surrounding areas.
The project includes improvements to existing cycle ways and improvements to infrastructure resulting in bus priority. Both of which will encourage these methods of transport and therefore reducing reliability on private car use and congestion.
The Local Growth Funds are being used throughout this ongoing project.
