Summary of Project
The Western Harbour Arm in Shoreham, has been identified as a major area for regeneration with the purpose of building new houses, business space and retail. Growth in this area will improve economic value and increase business interest that will have an impact on available jobs in the area.
To unlock this area for growth, flood defences must be put in place to ensure protection and future proofing new developments.
This project covers 1.9km stretch of the River Adur in Shoreham-By-Sea and the Local Growth Funds have been used throughout the project.
