Cali holds extensive experience in project and programme management and has led the management of the £275m Growth Deal portfolio comprising of over 90 projects. This included launching and managing various project calls that aligned to key Government criteria and undertaking the review and evaluation of project bids and businesses cases for large capital investment schemes. Cali has advised senior leadership, committees, and the Board on these aspects throughout her time at Coast to Capital, and now is responsible for providing oversight, monitoring and governance through setting standards and expectations to support the successful delivery and management of our commissioned projects. Cali has a strong marketing background and is well versed in the use of CRM systems.
Professional Qualifications: PRINCE2 Practitioner & IRM Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management.
