Coast to Capital's Local Transport Body (LTB) is responsible for the delivery of transport infrastructure projects funded in the Growth Deal. The LTB meets in public when it is making decisions about the funding of individual schemes. It will also meet (not in public) when it is discussing general issues such as timetables, procedures and finances.

The Body includes councillors from West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey and London Borough of Croydon.

The Growth Deal transport projects unlock development and housing growth, develop junctions and other improvements on the national trunk roads, and improve key parts of the urban transport infrastructure in the Coast to Capital area.
