This project aims to increase social inclusion through developing innovative solutions that will support disadvantaged participants towards and into employment for the purpose of economic benefit and social inclusion. The programme places participants in flexible volunteer roles to improve confidence and motivation, and prepare participants for employment. Workshops and training are provided to prepare them for their role, and continued one-to-one support once they are placed. The programme addresses barriers to employment & training; Complex needs; Over 50's; BAME individuals; in four specific delivery areas; Croydon, Littlehampton, Storrington and Pulborough
