Help to Work
ESIF: European Social Fund (ESF)
Priority: Priority 4: Creating skills for the future
Funded by ESF and the Department for Work and Pensions, the project aims to support participants within the Coast to Capital region into sustainable employment through a personalised programme, targeting long term unemployed individuals or those who are unemployed/economically inactive. The project supports individuals through the Circle of Support© model, empowering and motivating people to secure sustainable employment in roles that enhance their skills and build careers. By working in partnership with local community based organisations including homeless charities, Probation Services, Lewes Prison, housing associations and Drug and Alcohol services the project has supported participants from a range of backgrounds to address their barriers to employment.
